The Easiest Way to Mat and Frame your Images in the Colors You Want
This Photoshop frame and mat action set contains actions which make it easy to "finish" your web images,
getting just the colors you want. You control the color, width, and appearance of the mat and frame.
"Chameleon" Technology
Special "Tweak" actions allow you to adjust mat and background colors interactively after creating them,
so you can get just the right colors to complement your image.
You can tweak the color of the mat bevel and change/tweak the color
of the mat at any time, even after framing. Because mat and frame layers are preserved, you can change the
colors at any time in the future.

You contol the size and color of the background, and the drop-shadow and 3-D look of the edge of the image.

This image was first matted with a chiseled mat, and then a small flat frame was applied.

On this image we opted not to use a mat. We've created a wider frame, adding a texture, and adding the "Satin" option
in Overlay blend mode.
