Can I use these actions on full-sized photos?

The actions are designed for web-sized images. They will run on full-sized images, but they will run slowly and use a lot of memory. Since the end result is a web page, using large images makes no sense.

When I try to run this on my PC, Internet Explorer blocks it.

Depending on your security settings, some versions of Internet Explorer will block all "active content" if you try to run a web page containing JavaScript from your local hard disk instead of from the web. This is to prevent malware from doing bad things to your computer.

To allow the puzzle script to run, click your browser's "Information Bar" that appears just above the web page, and tell your browser to allow the blocked content.

Some suggestions:
  1. Restart Photoshop

People have reported that sometimes, especially right after loading a new action, Photoshop behaves strangely, and that after closing Photoshop and restarting it, the problems go away.

  2. Close some Programs or Restart your Computer

If you've used the actions successfully before, but they aren't working today, your computer might be short on available memory. If you're running other programs, close some of them and try again. If you're still having trouble, there could be problems caused by programs not releasing memory after they terminate. Restarting your computer may help.
